Commissioners' Court Regular Session Schedule 2025
County Right-of-Way is 25-30 ft. from CENTER of County road, or 15 ft. from EDGE of County road. The County is responsible for maintaining COUNTY roads and right-of-ways. State Highways, Farm to Market Roads, Interstates, and their right-of-ways fall under the STATE maintenance. For questions regarding non-county roads, please call TxDot at (903) 645-2519.
The County will INSTALL a culvert on a right-of-way, however, the property owner is responsible for purchasing the culvert
