In office, they will be issued Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Notice: Effective September 1, 2013 New Law Affecting Marriage Licenses
Per Senate Bill 1317, Family Code Section 2.201 Expiration of License
If a marriage ceremony has not been conducted before the 90th day the license is issued, the marriage license expires.
SB 1705: TX Family Code 2.003
**No one under the age of 18 may apply for a marriage license without a court order authorizing the marriage.**

The lender must file a foreclosure notice with the Morris County Clerk 21 days prior to the date of the foreclosure sale. All foreclosure sales are held the first Tuesday of each month. The specific time is listed on the Notice of Sale for each property. All foreclosure sales are conducted at the front door (East door) of the Courthouse. (Passed by Commissioners' Court 9-14-1987 to be effective 1-01-1988 Volume L Page 509 Commissioners' Court Minutes.)
