The lender must file a foreclosure notice with the Morris County Clerk 21 days prior to the date of the foreclosure sale. All foreclosure sales are held the first Tuesday of each month. The specific time is listed on the Notice of Sale for each property. All foreclosure sales are conducted at the front door (East door) of the Courthouse.
